We will happily exchange or offer a store credit for an item returned in it's original condition (tags still in tact) within 14 days of purchase (excludes sale items & earrings).
To return an online purchase for an exchange of the item for an alternative size, colour, style or product, send us an email at email@example.com to arrange the return.

Exchanges will be processed as a return and new items will incur shipping costs.

REFUNDS (ONLINE ONLY)
We understand when shopping online you don't have the opportunity to see or try items before purchasing, therefore we offer refunds for online purchase only (not applicable for items purchased in store).
To arrange a refund you must contact us strictly within 7 days of purchase by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The item must be returned in its original condition with tags still intact (excludes sale items & earrings). Once we have received and inspected your retuned item, if the condition of the item is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
