SHIPPING

Armadi offers the following shipping options:

  • Free shipping for items over $150
  • Standard shipping: $10
  • Express shipping: $15
  • In-store pick up: Free shipping

Parcels are shipped via Australia Post – Track & Trace, you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we cannot hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.

RETURNS

We will happily exchange or offer a store credit for an item returned in it's original condition (tags still in tact) within 7 days from your delivery date (excludes sale items, earrings & swimwear that cannot be returned). 

To return an online purchase for an exchange of the item for an alternative size, colour, style or product, send us an email at hello@armadiboutique.com.au to arrange the return.
Once your exchange has been approved via email you should mail your product to:

Exchanges will be processed as a return and new items will incur shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs that we have incurred for your original purchase are non-refundable (including the cost of free shipping).
